One of the most common themes on the propagandist’s resources is that it is not the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but "foreign mercenaries" who are opposing the occupiers in the east. This thesis is often found on the channels of various formations. It is also picked up by local sources aimed at a local audience.
Thus, "Sarafannoe radio Severodonetsk" published an RT video where a member of the 2AK of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation claims that only the Polish and German languages can be heard during radio interceptions.
"For the most part, our scouts intercept the German and Polish languages. Ukrainians - somehow they ended." - says the occupier.
In general, Russian propaganda has been trying to convince for quite a long time that in Ukraine they are fighting with "all of NATO", thus justifying their failures on the frontline.
Similar messages constantly appear on the page of the so-called "People's Military of the LNR".

In addition, according to the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi, about 700,000 Ukrainian soldiers are resisting Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The number of foreign volunteers is estimated from several hundred to several thousand people.
At the same time, when fakes are spreading that there are no Ukrainians left in the Ukrainian army, and mercenaries from Poland have taken their place, propagandists are publishing dubious polls that talk about the alleged bad attitude of Poles towards Ukrainians.

"Which of these countries do you think is our worst neighbor?"
Out of 3,000,000 people, 62.2% consider Ukraine as such, 22.5% - Germany, and only 13.5% - Russia," is written in the message.
Well, first of all, this is not a popular Polish resource, but Twitter, where not only Poles could vote, but also, for example, Russian bots. In addition, the survey itself was posted on a bot account that has already been banned. Thirdly, there are more authoritative studies about the real attitude of Poles to Ukrainians. "Renovation in hospitals"
Traditionally, in captured cities, the occupiers try embezzle everything that was built before them. Luhansk oblast is not an exception. So, this week propaganda resources reported on the restoration of two hospitals - in Shchastia and Stanytsia-Luhanska.

However, according to the Luhansk regional state administration, major repairs at the hospital began in 2021. They managed to restore the children's department. They were almost completing the work in the administrative building, where the windows, floor, water supply, drainage and heating systems were replaced.
Moreover, in 2021, the local authorities signed an agreement with the international organization NEFKO, which promised to allocate about 10 million hryvnias for the thermal modernization of the hospital building.

As for Stanytsia Luhanska, the hospital there was renovated in 2020.
But this does not prevent propagandists from publishing bold untruth on their resources.
"At the same time, they finish what they started in such a way as to soften people's eyes," the locals commented to us.

However, the Russians lie not only about the restoration of some specific objects, but also about cities as a whole. So, this week there were many publications about "returning to peaceful life" and "restoration of cities destroyed by the Russian Armed Forces"

Propagandists did not bypass the situation in the liberated cities. Thus, the occupiers published one photo of the exhumation of the dead from Liman and accompanied it with the following text:
"Judging by the photographs of the exhumations, experts were engaged in searching for corpses in an ordinary cemetery. There is a cross on each grave and in some places even wreaths and flowers. People found peace. But no, prosecutors approached them, dug them up, and now they are trying to prove to everyone that the dead are victims of "orks". Only there are no holes in the back of the head.
"Ukrainians hide their soldiers only under one circumstance - if there are Western journalists with TV cameras nearby," the post reads.
In fact, more than 200 civilian burials were found in Lyman. It is known that 180 people are buried in one of these cemeteries.
This was announced by the head of the Donetsk region, Pavlo Kyrylenko, and the head of the patrol police department of the National Police, Yevhen Zhukov.
"There are currently two burials known in Lyman. One of them has about two hundred graves. According to preliminary information, these are single graves where civilians are buried. In another area, there is a mass grave, where, according to operational data, there may be both military and civilians. The exact number of those buried will still have to be established," Kyrylenko said.
According to him, law enforcement officers are currently investigating these places and will soon begin exhuming the bodies.
"Liberated Lyman in Donetsk oblast. A mass grave was found here, where 180 people were buried," said the head of the patrol police department of the National Police.
According to Zhukov, whole families lie in mass graves, there are also burials of children born in 2019-2021.
