Propaganda announcements, banners, booklets, videos were created for these processes in order to influence all age groups and their decision-making.

How they call to join the ranks of the Russian Armed Forces in Luhansk region
In occupied Luhansk, Russians are sharing a video with the call "Protect your own people. Join the Russian Armed Forces ranks ". The main message: "Don't wait for tragedy to come to your home. Start acting like a real man!”
In addition, in chats it is often published advertisements for military service under a contract. In this advertisement, the most important things that a person will definitely pay attention are highlighted in red: salary, address of the selection point, the phrase "Your choice!".
Banners with this or similar information can be found on the streets of Luhansk.
"There is such a profession - to defend the Motherland!", "Decent work - Decent pay", "Where we are, there is victory!" - with these slogans, the occupation authorities of Rubizhne call the residents to join the Russian army ranks.
The announcements contain the same information and propaganda elements: the emblem "Army of Russia", the expression "Strength in truth", the symbol Z.
The enemy also uses print media to promote the conclusion of a military contract. On the front page of the newspaper "Novoe Rubezhnoye" there is information under the heading "We have one goal - Victory!" with the appeals "Join the Victory Army", receive a one-time payment of up to 1,500,000 rubles, 100,000 rubles for enlisting contractors.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has developed a booklet for the occupied territories: "Serve under contract in the Armed Forces”. It contains information about the requirements for entering military service for candidates, a list of documents, financial support, social benefits and guarantees, and the address of the selection point.
Booklets are shared in particular in Rubizhne and Novoaidar.
In occupied Lysychansk, citizens aged 18 to 65 are called to serve in the Russian army in such specialties as drivers (category "C" and above), driver mechanics, artillerists, operators of radio electronic warfare (EW). The salary is promised from 210,000 rubles
In Sievierodonetsk, the propaganda of joining the Russian Armed Forces ranks is also ongoing. The occupation military commissariat shares the video "Protect the Motherland", which talks about payments from 200,000 rubles, additional daily bonuses and for the destruction of enemy equipment.
It is on the financial component which Russians emphasize, because it is important for people. And the issue of employment and earnings in the occupied territories is always relevant.

Advertisements "Serve the Motherland. The contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for the SVO" are published on enemy resources. The salary from 260,000 rubles is guaranteed. According to the conditions, all military specialties are in demand, but priority is given to UAV and EW specialists, auto mechanics, drivers, sappers, signalers, and medics with experience.
In occupied Donetsk, people are calling to join the "SVOim". The advertisement indicates a salary of 211,000 rubles, provision of equipment for the entire period of service, the opportunity to purchase housing from the state budget, receive the status of a military veteran and various benefits.
The placement of posters with members of the so-called "SVO" and the propaganda slogan "Victory will be with us" is popular in the occupied territory of the Donetsk region.
Posters with the inscription "One-time payment of 800 thousand rubles and other benefits for the participants of the SVO" are used to agitate residents to conclude a contract with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
The idea of joining the Russian army is also promoted by the occupiers in educational institutions. As "Skhidny" reports, "on the territory of the occupied Donetsk region, military enlistment officers are visiting educational institutions with such agitation for military service under contract and admission to military universities."
The response of a Russian soldier to the propaganda of serving in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation
Russian military officer Platon Mamatov in his Telegram channel criticized advertisements that talk about safe service in the so-called "liberated territories", army recruitment and payments.
Summing up, the occupier addressed his followers: "Dear everyone! Don't come here for MONEY and SAFETY. They are not here, never were and never will be. Well, or go. You don't feel sorry for such people."
