The Russian occupiers publish reports about improvements in Luhansk oblast almost every day: repairs, payments, humanitarian aid, and so on. Is everything so really as good as propagandists tell about it? We have analyzed other occupiers' fakes about Luhansk oblast.
Restoring heat supply in Lysychansk
The occupation authorities of Lysychansk report that communal services continue to close the heat circuit in the city and also restore houses. The occupiers also write that "every resident will not freeze in winter.

In local chats residents write completely different information about restoring heat supply:
"Heat supply facilities in the city cannot promise to start this heating season. There are surviving boiler houses, but this fact does not solve the situation, it is necessary to connect these bolier houses to electricity. People are going to use alternative sources for heating." - a woman writes.
Moreover, she says that setting a window costs 25-30 thousand Russian rubles.

Also, according to local residents, first of all, enterprises will be connected to public utilities.

On October 27, the occupation administration declared that Lysychansk was 80% ready for the heating season, and it was planned to provide gas to all Lysychansk by mid-November.

However, something went wrong and on November 14, gauleiter Andrii Skoryi delivered a small pile of firewood to the residents of Lysychansk, because people cooked on bonfires.

"Settlement of civilians in surviving residential buildings"
Several times the occupiers in Sievierodonetsk have published lists of buildings that will be included in the "maneuverable housing fund", where they plan to settle city residents whose houses have been completely destroyed.
On the other hand, local residents tell about the settlement of "people from the commandant's office" and workers from Ulianivsk.

"Ukraine shells civilians"
The occupiers often shoot propaganda plots about the alleged attacks on the civilian population conducted by Armed Forces of Ukraine in the occupied Luhansk oblast. For example, on November 5, shell hit the building of the former PITTO hospital in Lysychansk.
The Telegram channel controlled by the occupiers, "Lysychansk is the cradle of Donbass" wrote the following:"On November 5, at approximately 2:15 a.m., the building of the former PITTO hospital, area near the factory of rubber engineering products, was almost destroyed. A direct hit by three projectiles, probably from the HIMARS system, damaged not only the building, but the blast wave also knocked out the glass of neighboring residential buildings. The Ukrainian army has hit the civilian population again, because there were no soldiers in the building. Fortunately, no one was hurt."

On November 7, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the damage to the enemy unit "Akhmat" in Lysychansk.
"In Lysychansk a unit of the Akhmat battalion was damaged. The occupiers lost more than 30 killed and up to 15 wounded. The real number of dead is carefully concealed by the enemy," the General Staff wrote.
On November 6, Miluvatka in Svativshchyna was shelled. Then "Marochko Life" Telegram channel wrote the following: "It is necessary to mention that there is no Russian military force in this locality."

On November 12, the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit the headquarters of the occupiers in the same Miluvatka. "Marochko life" also published a photo showing the destroyed old school, where the Russians were stationed.

Later, this information was confirmed by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. That is, the propaganda channel spread fake information about the absence of Russian troops in this settlement.
"Ukrainian military executed a group of Russian prisoners"
Propaganda Telegram channel "8 years...Doroha Domoi" spread the following fake information: Ukrainian military executed a group of captured Russian occupiers in the settlement of Makiivka in Luhansk oblast (the location was identified earlier in social networks).

"The Ukrainian military executed a group of captured Russian soldiers in the so-called Luhansk People's Republic. At least 11 people were killed. Soldiers of the enemy's 80th airborne assault brigade massacred the prisoners," the occupiers write.
In fact, the Ukrainian military captured Russian soldiers and did not intend to kill them.
While the last captured officer came out of the house with a weapon and opened fire on everyone present. In this way, he violated the terms of surrender, the video from the scene appeared on November 18. Currently, it is known that one of our soldiers was injured.
