Propagandists clamor that the Luhansk and Donetsk regions are part of Russia, yet the checkpoints have not been removed. Moreover, recently, a "special zone" was established at the so-called "border" of the occupied territories with Russia. People are dissatisfied, and even supporters of the "Russian world" are outraged that they are considered "third-rate".

Recently, Vasily Golubev, the governor of the Rostov region of the Russian Federation, signed a decree establishing a 5-kilometer "special zone" at the "administrative border" with the fake "LPR" and "DPR".
"On this territory, a special legal regime has been established, similar to the border zone," wrote the Russian official in his Telegram channel.
According to the decree, presence and movement within the "special zone" are only possible with documents confirming one's identity.
Additionally, it is prohibited to be within a hundred-meter zone without prior notification to the "border management of the FSB of Russia for the region" - at least 12 hours in advance.
"This measure will create conditions to protect against the infiltration of terrorists, extremists, and their accomplices, illegal movement of weapons, ammunition, and means of sabotage into the region," writes Golubev.
"Owners of land plots and premises located within the hundred-meter strip of the area within the special zone may stay on these plots without any restrictions. The presence of employees of state and municipal institutions performing official duties within the hundred-meter strip is also unrestricted. However, citizens who plan to be within the hundred-meter strip of the area and do not belong to any of these categories must notify the FSB of their intentions," reads the subsequent announcement.
Although the official assures that the new decree will not affect the operation of checkpoints for citizens, they, in turn, are outraged and react sharply on social media to Golubev's statement.
"Cool, we're Russia," "They've fenced themselves off as if from lepers," "They consider us third-rate," "We are Russia, aren't we? Oh no, we are a subject of the Russian Federation, let's wait some more," users express their opinions.
It is worth reminding that throughout the entire period of occupation, since 2014, Russians have not removed the checkpoints between Luhansk, Donetsk, and Russia. People are forced to undergo checks by special services and stand in long lines.
Due to a shortage of qualified doctors, some residents are often forced to travel to Russia for medical assistance. Additionally, locals go there for groceries, medicines, clothing, and construction materials, which are much cheaper than in the occupied territories.
Moreover, people note the meticulous and disdainful attitude of Russians towards the residents of Luhansk and Donetsk.
What are you poking around for? You weren't invited!
They also point out that not everyone in Russia accepts the so-called "LPR" and "DPR".
The myth of "one country" and "reunification" was concocted by supporters of the "Russian world," but in reality, our people are unwanted in Russia.
